He’s the one you want leading the charge when timelines are tight and quality can’t be compromised.

Tony brings over 20 years of real estate and construction expertise to the Compass team, with a proven track record of guiding projects from acquisition all the way through development and final build. With a deep understanding of the market, evolving regulations, and what makes a project pencil, he’s known for his sharp insight and steady execution. As a communicator and negotiator, Tony knows how to keep deals moving and relationships strong,whether he’s working with clients, contractors, or municipalities.

Tyler leads the estimating charge at Compass with a sharp eye for detail and a deep well of operational experience. With a background that spans low-voltage systems, building automation, facilities management, logistics, and luxury residential construction, he brings both technical insight and field awareness to every bid. He’s managed cross-functional teams, developed central work systems, and understands how to turn design intent into real-world cost clarity. Backed by degrees in Design and Business Marketing, and skilled in BIM, 3D modeling, and systems integration, Tyler’s role is part analyst, part strategist, and all about building accurate, competitive estimates that set the foundation for project success. Whether he’s scoping a complex set of plans or aligning stakeholders, Tyler brings precision, perspective, and leadership to every phase of preconstruction.

Josh brings a hands-on, hardworking approach to the Compass team as a Junior Estimator. With a background that spans everything from outdoor services to customer operations, he’s no stranger to rolling up his sleeves and getting the job done right. He pairs field experience with sharp communication and a growing command of cost analysis, takeoffs, and bid prep. Whether he’s reviewing plans or digging into pricing details, he brings focus, grit, and a willingness to learn that fits right in on our team.
